NORMAL: Packages are dispatched once we receive confirmation of payment into our account from our bank. We use the South African Post Office (SAPO) and/or the SAPO Speed Services Courier (Counter-to-Counter), depending on what method you choose when ordering your material.
SAPO SPEED SERVICES COURIER: If you choose the Speed Services Courier option, please note that the parcel is sent counter-to-counter from our post office to your post office. It is NOT delivered at your door. We will e-mail or sms your tracking number upon despatch, in order to enable you to track your parcel in the RSA.
RUSH: If you really are in a hurry, rather phone our offices on 076 449 8701 to place your order.
OVERSEAS: For overseas parcels your package will be weighed and costed at SAPO and conveyed to you by e-mail, to be paid additionally.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to track your package online while it is still in the RSA and under the network of SAPO. This can be done at www.sapo.co.za.
Package fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Packing fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to total weight of the package and method of shipment chosen.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
