HISTORY

Apostle Sam and pastor Mwawi Vinkhumbo of Divine Restoration Church in Blantyre, have been in ministry since 1987. They were ordained as such by Harvester International Ministries during March 1998 in Johannesburg, S.A.

Apostle Sam has an evangelistic heart and travels extensively throughout Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa and also ministered in the USA once. They have settled many churches and presently have 127 active churches under their ministry in Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania.

Their vision is to equip the saints for the work of Ministry according to Ephesians 4:12, so that when they are equipped the saints can go out and fulfil the Great Commission to make disciples, getting people saved and helping them with deliverance and healing in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. They also settle new churches in the rural areas of the mentioned countries on a regular basis.

Their ministry has regular seminars to equip their pastors, and also an annual church conference at which all their members can receive teaching from different and also international speakers.

All their finances come from trusting the Lord Jesus Christ for His provision.
